Dallol Talent

Remote talent marketplace for the European market, built from scratch by a two-person team

A marketplace where remote professionals build profiles and companies browse and search them. I built it with one teammate at Genesis AI Labs for a client in the United Kingdom.

The problem

The client wanted to launch a talent marketplace aimed at European companies hiring remotely, and needed the whole product built from nothing.

What I built

A React and Redux frontend over a .NET backend following clean architecture, with authentication, profile management and search. We worked asynchronously with the client across time zones.

Results

  • Took the product from an empty repository to production for the client's launch.
