A car shopping front end taken from the designer's comps to a production-grade React codebase, running against a mock API that can be swapped for a real one by changing one URL.

The problem

The design existed only as static comps for the landing page, listing steps and car detail views.

What I built

React 19 with strict TypeScript, file-based routes and code splitting, Tailwind v4 design tokens matched to the comps, and typed forms. Accessibility is checked in the unit tests.

  • Every screen from the comps implemented, with accessibility assertions in the test suite.
