Addis Invest Consult
Site that walks foreign investors and the diaspora through registering a company in Ethiopia
Sunflower Solutions, a consultancy in Bole, helps foreign investors and Ethiopians abroad register companies and get permits. Their site explains services, pricing and the process, and is built so it can never publish a business claim or a translation the client has not confirmed.
The problem
Legal and pricing details for company registration change often, and the client had not yet supplied many of the facts a site like this normally states.
What I built
Every business fact lives in one typed configuration file. Missing values remove their whole block and soften the sentences that depend on them. A pre-build check refuses to produce a production build until the configuration and translations are complete. Chinese, Turkish and Arabic translations stay hidden from the language switcher and sitemap until a native speaker signs them off.
Results
- The site cannot ship an unverified figure or an unreviewed translation.
- Playwright tests cover the main journeys, including with JavaScript disabled.
Features
- Services, pricing and how-it-works pages
- Diaspora yellow card guide
- Guides and news written in MDX
- English, with Chinese, Turkish and right-to-left Arabic waiting for review
- Translation parity checks before every build
- Contact form with transactional email
